Script Summary: I really liked the highlights in the IAmA section of reddit and wrote this scripts to highlight the OP's posts in the same way on other parts of the site. I just copied the CSS code from the source files on an IAmA page and added a few tweaks to make it work with the rest of the site.
Here is an example from the IAmA pages. The highlighting there is baked into reddit but only for the IAmA section. This script adds the same highlighting to the other sections.
