Script Summary: Changes contract titles to links to the Trukz Supply and Demand website.
When viewing Open contracts ready to bid on or Saved contracts they titles are changed to links to the Supply and Demands website with the destination city and supply cargo already selected.
The supply and demands webpage has been updated now to allow keyboard shortcuts and hide short routes for contracts also includes price per mile (PPM) for the contracted route.

I have just updated the code on the supply and demand page to take a ppm so now on the company contracts page, it works out the ppm of the contract using what you've bid.
*TODO* Change the bidding page to use the next bid price as the ppm.
(Since I cant bid on contracts myself this may take time to do.)

I have just updated the code to add all the price per contract by the side of all the contracts in the Company Contracts section.
This should _REALLY_ help people find the contract they're going to bid on that night much faster.
I have shortened the quick display to one company that is a perm supplier.
Any suggestions please let me know.
