Script Summary: Fixes ctrl+c forum post quotes so they display smilies and custom images instead of text. Also relays quoted images from your IP to their online equivalent.
Changes the alternative text of images in the forum so that
-if you quote with ctrl+c, the quote will show the images (including emoticons and online versions of IP images)
-if an image was deleted, you will see the original URL instead of "user posted image"
