Adds Poke Links to the Twitter Interface as if they've always naturally been there. They're added in front of Reply on each individual status message (so as not to force the user to re-learn where the reply link is), and the option to Poke a user is also available in the user-action button on a profile.
If the status you are poking to is itself a poke, the poke message changes from "Poke" to "Retaliate." When clicking the "Poke" link on a status, the Poke will be a reply to that status.
