Script Summary: Adds links to quickly clear deleted messages from Microsoft Outlook Exchange web mail.
The problem:
When Outlook Web Access gets full, it gives an error message: "You have exceeded the storage limit on your mailbox. Delete some items from your mailbox, or ask your server administrator to increase your storage limit."
However, even when messages are deleted it still gives this error. After old messages are deleted, they go to Deleted Messages, after they are deleted from Deleted Messages they go to the Trash, where they can be finally deleted and free up space.
This script adds quick links to the left navigation bar that go to the Deleted Messages and Trash, and selects all messages so you can easily take out the trash.
