Script Summary: Change the tags text input to a textarea. Flickr requires spaces between tags, so just putting one per line does not work. In some cases one per line with commas at the ends of the lines will work.
As suggested in Flickr Hacks, with some help from GustavoG in getting it to work. Tags need to follow normal flickr separation rules. This means just using newlines to separate tags does not work.
