Script Summary: Hides all images on Wikipedia and shows them on a single click

Hides all images on Wikipedia in any language by default. It also provides a link that will quickly show the image that is hidden behind it. Any problem reports and suggestions are welcome.
A link at the top of article allows you to quickly enable/disable the hiding of images. Another link toggles the blocking of .svg images if the former option is enabled. There is also a "Show all images" option, if you want to temporarily show all images of the page you are currently viewing.
You can use it to block images you do not want to see or simply to keep the page size of an article at minimum.
