Script Summary: Gets rid of print-related interface elements in flickr.
This script does six things:
1) Hides the "shopping cart" icon atop flickr pages. You can instead replace it with some text, e.g. the word "Print".
2) Restores the goofy "Organize & Create" menu item to its original text, "Organize".
3) Hides the print-related module in the homepage.
4) Hides the "Print & Create" tab in the Organizr.
5) Hides the "Order prints" button above the image in the photo page.
6) Hides the "Create Prints at Snapfish" link offered after uploading images.
