Script Summary: Puts a link to the Pranger in the header of the game window

Similar to this script but I thought that using a button to the left for such a purpose is overkill and wastes useful space. So, this script puts a link to the pranger in the header row of the game - between "Search" and "Options".
2010-06-01: Version 1.01. Removed the line that prevented this script from working in the old universes (uni*), since now they are being aggressively converted to the redesign, sigh... :-(
2010-07-30: Version 1.02. Added multi-language support. If the text of the menu item isn't correct for your language, contact me and I'll change it. (I wasn't able to add the texts that contain "bizarre" characters - like Chinese, Japanse and Arabic; my editor can't handle them.)
2010-08-21: Version 1.03. Fixed the Greek translation.
