Script Summary: Re-enables the right-click menu, Ctrl+A selection, and lyric selection on LyricWiki pages.
LyricWiki (http://lyrics.wikia.com/) has become more hostile recently, likely due to licensing or other legal nonsense, and has disabled some basic functionality on lyric pages. Specifically, the right-click menu, Ctrl+A selection, and the selection of lyrics themselves no longer work. Disabling JavaScript hides lyrics completely. You can get around all this easily, however - just click the 'Edit this page' link at the top and you have the exact same lyrics, copyable and selectable.
This script removes all these pointless inconveniences everywhere on LyricWiki.
Note that there's another script (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/60959) that enables text selection for the lyrics on LyricWiki. This one duplicates that same functionality and adds additional features, some of which are available in the Anti-Disabler script here: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/30096
