Script Summary: Adds local time tool tip to each tweet
This script adds local time tool tip to each tweet of twitter home page.
Mouse-over each tweet, then pop up the local time according to the user's locale settings.
If you have a friend who lives in foreign country, it would be usefull.
In addition, it display how many days since a user started Twitter and the average number of tweets per day at each user page.
