This script will auto-refresh (auto-reload) a page/site based on the inclusion of its URL. Modifying the script manually allows you to change the default 3 minutes.

I've come to find this script very useful for Facebook, Popurl, and a few others like finance pages on Yahoo! or Google.

I took a script from ohmangga and modified it to fit my needs. He deserves the credit, but I still hope you like this script enough to review it well.
