Script Summary: Adds a floating palette of buttons to articles which allows you to go back, archive and return to read later, star an article, delete, change text properties of the article, or toggle auto-scroll. The speed of auto-scroll, after clicking the button, can be controlled by pressing 0 - 9 keys. If you use Instapaper Threestyled use Article Tools for Instapaper Threestyled instead.

updated to 2.0 07/15/2010 Added a text modifying button into the toolbar by taking it from the top of the page.
updated 5/19/2010 updated to fix compatibility issues since Instapaper website changes. Should work just fine again.

changed the return to instapaper's home button to something more appropriate, and made the star button after being clicked.
Fixed the Read Later folder so that it can be clicked as well.
Made the buttons a bit smaller.
update 10/19 fixed the back button to be an actual back button and not just return you to instapaper.com/u so that if you're reading an article you got to from a folder it will take you back to the folder. Fixed the star button so that it disappears after clicking.
Added an auto-scroll button.
