updated 10/16 to create room for the palette if used with instapaper restyled...
changed the return to instapaper's home button to something more appropriate, and made the star button after being clicked.
Fixed the Read Later folder so that it can be clicked as well.
Made the buttons a bit smaller.
update 10/19 fixed the back button to be an actual back button and not just return you to instapaper.com/u so that if you're reading an article you got to from a folder it will take you back to the folder. Fixed the star button so that it disappears after clicking.
Added an auto-scroll button.
update 11/5 used Google Closure to optimize the script
