Script Summary: Automatically adds the agent's signature to the comment field in Zendesk if the ticket is assigned to that agent
This script is for use with implementations of the Zendesk helpdesk. There are some sections of the script that need customization by you to allow it to insert your customized signature (for example, you will need to add your name, your title, and your phone extension). Read the instructions near the top of the script and edit the sections it instructs you to.
