Base Uploader (Delta) automatically saves base info when you view it. It saves all kinds of info as follows:
Location, Owner, Owner Guild, Base Income, Defenses, JG Level, Capital Level, Owner Level, Fleet Landed, Fleet Incoming and many more.
It gives you the option to change filters so you can view only the data you want to. You can select to see only the Owner and Fleet size or all of the above.
I am currently working on a new script that will allow users to only view what they scout. At the moment, everyone can see what you have scouted and they can see what you scouted but hopefully this will be changed soon.
Because this script only saves data when you view the base, it isn't actually breaking any laws on AE since it doesn't auto scout or open pages. It only saves what is viewed. Although I would not chance asking Admins if it is or not lol.
