Jumps NYT Interstitial Ads directly

Skips directly over New York Times interstitial advertisements without waiting for user click or timeout. Especially useful for users of Adblock, because interstitial "click here to continue" links are typically part of advertisement iFrame or flash movie.

10/18/06 - discovered some interstitial ads are on pages simply titled "The New York Times", while some are titled "NY Times Advertisement". Script handles both cases now.

4/2/07 - added case for Slide Shows which was not handled by original script.
