Script Summary: Replaces the Google logo with your own custom logo - NOTE: manual configuration required
By default, the script will display the regular Google logo. To customize the logo, edit the script (Manage User Scripts > Edit) and change the first line after the comments (newLogoURL) with the URL of the logo you want.
The script currently affects only the homepage and the search page, but I might expand it to other pages.
