Thumb Thumb

Prototype of "Like" filter for Google Reader.

There are some feeds on my Google Reader that posts to many items, and not all of them may interest me (example: Hacker News).

So I figure out that new GR social feature "Like" can help me, but GR does not provide with filter by "Likes" (at least now). There comes handy this not finished script that filters out all non-liked stuff (removes them) from feed view with one click (check out screenshots).

Well it will bug and maybe broke some bones, but it's doing job for now. Till I (or YOU) have time to finish and polish script.

Some TODO stuff (if you interested to contribute OR take over):

  • option to filter "Likes" that are higher than X and/or lower than Y (and vice versa);
  • automatically start filter feeds that are selected to do that;
  • stop filtering if feed is change;
  • Fix bug: keybord shortcuts don't work, when filter is on;
  • polish script;
  • YOUR idea?;
