Script Summary: Shows Google Sidewiki entries for the current page

Shows a small tooltip at the upper left of the current page(will stick to that
position, though) with the count of Sidewiki annotations for the page. Mousing
over the tooltip will show the first page of the annotations for the page. The
tooltip will disappear after some time (~30sec since last mouse over).

Not yet ready to replace Google toolbar, good for passive use though.
And it may not be the best idea to enable the script for your intra-/homenet.

Only shows as many entries as Google defined for a page.
Does not allow posting (yet. I start to miss the ability).
Provides links to authors and the complete posting page (on Google).
The annotations are sorted in quality order (whatever Google thinks the quality is).

And oh, I had no idea what the scripts domain was for, so it's set to
http://localhost/ (most likely wrongly, but obviously so).

BTW, while I find the idea of Sidewiki fascinating, I also can't help but notice
that most entries are shameless spam. Solid content filters (as good as we have
for our mail) urgently needed.

Recently Google started reporting 400 Bad Request for urls which cannot help
sidewikis on them (internal servers, for example). The recent version should
catch and handle the code.
