Script Summary: Adds a little button on twitter or identi.ca page to shorten URLs in your missive using j.mp (AKA bit.ly)
Adds a button next to the "Update" button on Twitter, or "Send" button on Identi.ca, that, when clicked, will shorten any URLs over 20 characters in the status text box. It uses j.mp which is run by bit.ly, but two characters shorter.
