Provides quick access to the notes you've attached to titles. The note pops up when you hover the mouse over the Note link.

You must check the box "show note in list view" in the display options of the list for the script to work. (Notes will be displayed inline and the script will move them to the tooltips in order to reduce clutter in the list itself.)
