Script Summary:
Makes Pixiv searches "bottomless", removes bookmark links, adds links to the IQDB image search, and removes a few ads. Adapted from the Endless Danbooru Comments script.

2009-11-08:
Fixed a minor bug that was adding IQDB links where it shouldn't.

2009-11-02:
IQDB links now appear on all thumbnails, not just those on endless pages.
Script now works with "http://www.pixiv.net/response.php?illust_id=NNNNNNN" pages.

2009-10-12:
The bookmark page is now included. (Others might be, too.)

2009-10-10:
Script now continues trying to load the next page if connection problems cause a blank page to be loaded instead.

Well, that was a bit of a pain, but once it finally worked it really worked. Many thanks to the Endless Danbooru Comments script, which formed the foundation of this one.
