This script improves Philosopher’s Index in various ways. Highly experimental. Use at your own discretion. It’s also not easy to use, and probably not useful to most users (though it is useful to me—that’s why it got created).
What the script currently does:
- Fixing the italics inside descriptions.
- Changing the tab title to reflect the current record.

- Allowing you to bookmark specific records. You currently can’t do that (to the best of my knowledge). The bookmarking feature is utterly strange, and you must heed the following instructions (which work for me, though I doubt anyone else will use them ever, but what the heck.)
- To create a bookmark, you mustn’t bookmark the current page the usual way. You have to drag a specially-made link which appears on the top of the page into your bookmarks.
- To visit a bookmark, you first need to login into the service (and get a new ID). Only then click the bookmark you created earlier. (The bookmark is actually a small javascript program which uses the current ID. That’s probably the craziest thing I’ve ever programmed.)
I'll appreciate bug reports, comments or other ideas posted here.
