Script Summary: For OGame Redesign and Test Server Shows the time until you can build

ABOUT
What does the script do:
- calculates the approximate time until you can build any building on the page (regardless if you have the research for it or not :: by default only the buildings you can build will have a timer on them, the value can be changed by setting the script variable `unknownBuildingDisableBuildTime` from 1 to 0
- displays a timer on top of every building
- updates the timers every second
The timers are ALWAYS in this order:
- 1st line = metal timer
- 2nd line = crystal timer
- 3rt line = deuterium timer
If on a line only a "-" appears then you already have the required resource available

- completly rewriten to take advantage of jQuery
- changed to work on test server
- added the option to disable the right-side banner (if you like the banner just set the script variable `showBanner` from 0 to 1)
