Script Summary: Travian: Resource++ v4 Added move function to menu bars.
Travian: Resources++ v4 compatable with Travian v3.5
Changes to the original script:
- Changed old element id's to new ones in T3.5.
- Changed Draggable box script to the one by JoeSimmons since it prevented default action and also prevented the title text from being selected.
