How to use:

1. go to this page: http://www.facebook.com/friends/?filter=pfp
2. use the user script command 'Grab Phone Numbers' by right clicking the greasemonkey icon, or alternatively press Shift-Alt-G
3. Copy and paste what pops up into a csv file (use Ctrl-A to select all the text)
4. Import it to stuff or whatever

Caveats
* only works one page at a time
* if your friends are stupid have weird characters in their names it might mess them up
