Script Summary: Exports your facebook phone book one page at a time via CSV

Note: This script no longer works.
Here's how to use it:
1. Go to this page: https://www.facebook.com/friends/edit/?sk=phone...
2. Use the user script command 'Grab Phone Numbers' by right clicking the Greasemonkey icon
3. Copy and paste what pops up into a CSV file (use Ctrl-A to select all the text)
4. Import it to whatever phone book software you have. If it doesn't accept CSV files then delete it and find something that isn't horrible
Caveats
* only works one page at a time
* if your friends are stupid and have weird characters in their names it might mess stuff up

* Now shows phone numbers for which there is no associated profile

* Fixed the Facebook change that added a bunch of whitespace to everything and generally messed it up.
* Fixed the rendering of alternate/maiden names.
