Script Summary: loads all TED videos in one list

This script loads all the videos from http://www.ted.com on one single page, so you can have an overview over all available videos.
Here is how you do it: install the script and go to http://www.ted.com/talks/list/page/all (this page does not exist by default, but ted.com shows the first page of the pagination instead). The script then loads all the pages with videos and puts it on that page. Since it has to load all the pages individually it takes a while for all videos to be loaded (about 1 1/2 minutes for 500 videos, depending on your Internet connection). You can watch the heading above the list for the progress, where it usually says: "Showing 1 - 10 of ...".
This script only loads the videos in the the chronological order. It does not work for the specially ordered pages like "Rated jaw-dropping", etc.
