Removes unneeded igoogle content, to make it more efficient and smaller. Also removes chat.
Tested on FireFox 3.5 and newer, Mac OS 10.5 and newer - Windows Vista and newer - Google Chrome beta for mac.

Issues I'm aware about:
-iGoogle UK seems not to be getting included (and some other languages for some reason)
-You must go to 'google.com/ig' for it to always work properly. This is because the script does not get added when the URL is just google.com. This could be activated, but for a lot of people google.com does not equal iGoogle, and the script would be obsolete.
-The chat is not completely removed.
