Lunarstorm UI compactor

Tweaks the Lunarstorm frame layout to remove Lajv and the huge banner part. Also adds a neat custom site-wide bookmarking feature.

Add a new bookmark by Ctrl-clicking some link that points to where you want your bookmark on the site. Remove one by Ctrl-clicking the bookmark itself. You get a few defaults to start you off.

Finally, annoying javascript: links trying to prevent you from opening them in different tabs/windows are converted back to proper links.

Site layout changes just obsoleted this script. Something similar (presently minus the bookmarking features) can be had by installing this user style instead.

Updated to work on the new layout. As a useful bonus, it's 10% smaller too now. :-)

Updated with the user search field and a reload icon (useful when the instant messaging system loses touch with the server and pops up its too large and mostly annoying error message).
