Tweetnames
Tweetnames allows you to view other people's profiles without leaving your timeline-view or opening another Tab in your browser. For this it uses the @ before links to other user's profiles, which becomes clickable. From the appearing profile-window you can directly switch to other peoples favorites, for example. Ability to follow/unfollow from there is a planned feature, but not implemented yet. Also, the small gray tweet-information will show the user's realname as a link to his profile-summary Tweetnames generates for you.
