Take a look at the current process to add a feed to a new folder:

  1. Open the feed.
  2. Find and click the 'feed settings' drop down.
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom, and the longer your folder list is the pain you must suffer here.
  4. Click the 'New folder...' link.

This userscript adds the 'New folder...' link to the top of the folder list, which will save all users time.
