AFAIK this requires Firefox 3.5 because I'm lazy.

Navi comes out when someone posts or you open the quickpost box. While she is out she says hello, hey, hey listen, listen, look, and watch out. After 30 seconds of being out and no one posting, she goes away.

Update 8/10/09 - Fixed for LL people counter, improved Navi function
