Script Summary: This script fixes most of the display issues caused by playing the iPhone's "world war" game in Firefox, as well as adding some cosmetic features

Fixes:
- Changes background from white to black so transparent elements and white text are visible
- Fixes the header since firefox renders the layout differently
- Creates a navigation menu since this apparently is part of the app
- Elongates your feeds and comment areas to fit your page
- Reformats the main menu so that it does not take up 90% of your screen

- Displays price-to-benefit ratios on all buildings (yay no more calculators!)
- Added additional navigation menu entries to save you from having to visit the home page to get to them: buildings, vault, restore, profile
