This script rewrites Jamendo's album download links to point to the direct-download MP3 versions.

Advantages:
- no need to wait in the download queue
- workaround for problems with the original Jamendo download
- releases can be downloaded as soon as they are published
(no need to wait for the Jamendo internal DL approval which can take several days)

Disadvantage:
- cover art in zip archives of recent releases is often only 2-4k thumbnails instead of full size
(embedded cover art is o.k, full size can be separately downloaded from the Jamendo album page)
