Script Summary: Instead of putting the change ticket form, if you have sufficient privileges to see it, at the end of the ticket, where it is annoying, have it be a hidden tab for the ticket summary field, where you would expect it to be.
Note! So far this is just good for a "this is how it ought to look" demo, as it munges the form so you can't actually use it to do stuff; looks are right, but function got botched in the process.
