Script Summary: Import Jamendo release data into MusicBrainz

This is an update to Brian Schweitzers script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/24744
I fixed a bug caused by messed-up Jamendo XML feeds and added the CC license handling.
features:
- adds a link on Jamendo release pages to start the import process
- auto-populates all fields on the MusicBrainz add release page
(release type and language might have to be changed manually, defaults: album, english)
- adds the Jamendo URL as edit note for the add release edit
- adds cover art ARs
- retrieves the type of CC license and adds the AR
minor update 1.1.1:
- URLs from Jamendo recommendations ending with "?mailhash=..." are now handled correctly
- changed position of import link to better match the new Jamendo page layout
