09.07.2009: now works with each page with pager-links on it
Current features:
- keyboard commands for navigating through long forum-thread
- [SHIFT]/[CONTROL] + [LEFT ARROW] previous page
- [SHIFT]/[CONTROL] + [RIGHT ARROW] next page
- [SHIFT]/[CONTROL] + [POS1] first page
- [SHIFT]/[CONTROL] + [END] last page
