This is based on SilvanT's excellent Mouse Gestures script but defaults to using the middle mouse button, firstly because we do not (yet) have the odious autoscrolling feature on Linux builds of Chromium so the middle button is available, and secondly to avoid conflicting with the right-button context menu.

This also adds two new gestures for jumping to the top or bottom of the page.

The close tab gesture currently does not work for the first tab out of a group of tabs corresponding to a particular site. I am in search of a way to reliably close any tab.
