Script Summary: [v0.53] Automatically skips any sponsored links (and optionally tips) detected in the Gmail Web Clips feed. Also optionally hides the sidebar that includes adverts when viewing an email thread.
Version: 0.53

UPDATE 0.53: With the new Gmail design changes I have disabled hiding of the advert sidebar by default. Watch this space for a more useful update on this.
UPDATE 0.51: Updated DOM IDs that Google recently changed. I've noticed that frequently when loading Gmail it loads with an advert, and therefore gets skipped - but the script has no data to skip with initially - so it displays a blank bar. To solve this just click the "next clip" button manually until I can think of a work-around.
UPDATE 0.5: When hiding the "advert sidebar" on emails the script will now still display the handy quick-link buttons (like forward, reply, print).
UPDATE 0.4: Google somehow disabled the way I was using to skip the offending message - so now instead of skipping (therefore showing you a new one), it replaces it with the previous non-advertisement clip.
=================================
This script will automatically skip any "sponsored links" that appear in your Gmail Web Clip bar along the top of your message list. Unlike Joe's script, this script doesn't delete the whole bar, it just skips the offending messages.
The script will also optionally disable help "tips" in the clip bar, and optionally hide the sidebar that includes adverts when viewing an email thread (see update 0.53) - this option has the added benefit of increased email viewing area when enabled. Both of these optional values are enabled by default - modify the first two variables if you wish to disable them.
