This script (so far) has only been approved on .COM and .ORG servers.

- Creates "quicklinks" to the Saw Mill and Vineyard/Quarry/Crystal Mine/Sulfur Pit from the resource indicator in every view.
- Quick-Link also added for Town Hall.
- Reads (once) the tradegood for each island you have a town on, to improve performance.
- For readability, a border will appear over resource that is a valid quicklink.
