Digg Comment Threshold Fix

On some computers the digg comment threshold filter doesn't work correctly.
This GM script fixes that; it hides all comments that have been dugg down to under 0 (number is adjustable).

Thanks for this! Now I don't have to read all the idiot comments. Digg really needs to fix this bug.
