This is the same as the GM script from Reeloo (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/36102) but converted for Prism (http://prism.mozilla.com/).

You need the latest version of Prism (1.0b1) - but you don't need GreaseMonkey.

Installation:
Right click on the green Install button and chose 'Save link as...'
Save the script as webapp.js (it has to be this name!) to the last.fm webbap directory (e.g.: C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Application Data\WebApps\last.fm@prism.app\).

That's it :)
