Script Summary:
Changes action upon clicking an image in Pixiv to directly open the fullsize image in the same tab. Also adds the artist's Pixiv ID on the left under their username. Updated to not screw up the new manga mode.

Done as an experiment to help learn javascript, and to make Pixiv much easier to use in conjunction with the Bazzacuda Image Saver Plus plugin for Firefox.

Takes a lot of inspiration from Better Pixiv, but IMHO this works much more cleanly.
