Script Summary: Add some useful tricks to USOSweb. All inside new menu item: eXtras.

Enabled features in this script's version:
- insert user (student) photo in users listing table
- show only active students in listing table
Note: If user restricts his/her photo then "PRIV" message is displayed. Black rectangle means that there is no user photo on server.
Note2: This script was tested only on USOS of Jagiellonian University.
