Script Summary: Replace the floating header with a fixed header on Nexopia's pic mod pages.
This script is only useful for pic mods, gallery mods, questionable mods and sign mods on Nexopia. The scripts replaces the floating menu bar with a fixed menu bar, thus fixing the problem that the menu bars cover up parts of the pictures when autoscroll is on.
The latest version of the script overrides the annoying "official" solution of jumping forward and scrolling back a bit.
