Page Control script

This is a simple script which replaces the normal page control on SU pages with a drop-down box, and buttons.

Currently works on the following pages:

- Blog
- Reviews page
- Favorites
- Discoveries

The original page control on the fans/subscriptions pages is currently too buggy to replace.

Updates:
Sept 5th - fixed favorites / discoveries page numbering bug.
May 24th - added shuffle button
May 13th - extended to include favorites and review pages + new buttons
May 6th - Added prev/next buttons
