Script Summary: Replaces Ajax "more" loader with ol’ plain links.
Script replaces ajax-motherfuting “More” button with “Previous / Next Page” on Twitter.com. Yay for the plain, old navigation.
It works on any Twitter page – timeline, profile, DMs, RTs, mentions, lists. Note: due to Twitter’s special handling of URLs, address bar may show the same address, but the content will be updated.
UPDATE: Now works on all Ajax-driven pages, like Favorites or Direct Messages. Script will update "More" link with pager buttons once the Ajax call is complete. This will work only in the newest browsers, though (DOM3 stuff). Tested in Safari 4, Firefox 3.5.
UPDATE 2: Firefox freezing fixed. Script is now more graceful and shouldn’t result in major freezing for any Ajax action in Firefox. Pager was also disabled for Search (Trending Topics) and Following/Followers/ListMemberships pages. Issues with malformed favorites’ URL also fixed.
Known issues:
* Clicking tabs in DMs (Inbox/Sent) and Retweets (To Me/By Me/Of Me) doesn’t replace the pager.
