Google Images Full View and AutoPager

Script Summary: Displays a list of full images instead of the thumbnails in the search results. With a nice checkbox to quickly turn on or off. It remembers your preferences. The script now also includes an auto pager to automatically fetch more results when near the bottom of the page.
