Script Summary: Hide or unhide the side bar on Nexopia.

This script enables you to hide or unhide the sidebar on Nexopia.
A new option is added to Nexopia's "public menu". When you click this "Sidebar" link, the sidebar is hidden or unhidden.
Version 3.0 was released in April 2010. It is basically a simplification of version 2.1. Hiding *parts* or the sidebar is no longer supported, now that nexopia has that pretty much covered in Nexopia's own preferences page. The extra "Sidebar Toggler menu bar" is now no longer needed.
Version 3.1 is just a minor cosmetic update.
Fully functional in Chrome 4 and higher!!!!
