Script Summary: Add's friends from your Mafia Wars Mafia to your Facebook Friends so you can help and be helped on jobs...etc

Does exactly what is says. You can scan your mafia list and invite people who are part of your mafia but not one of your friends.
-You can set a friends list to invite people to
-Can set the message to send when inviting.
-How many people to invite per script run can be changed via greasemonkey menu option *New in 0.1.03
-Detects if you are getting close to a block/if you hit a warning and then stops *New in 0.1.01
-Delay between invites is customizable with a greasemonkey menu option *New in 0.1.03
To use:
-Install
-From any Facebook page, click on the "Mafia Wars to Facebook Friend - Set Add Me Message" greasemonkey menu option and set the message you would like to send when inviting friends.
-Optionally click on the "Mafia Wars to Facebook Friend - Set Friends List" greasemonkey menu option and type in exactly with the same case as the list name (it's case sensitive) the friends list you would like to invite people to.
-Optionally click on the "Mafia Wars to Facebook Friend - Set Invite Delay" greasemonkey menu option and type in the number of seconds you would like the scrip to wait between invites.
-Optionally click on the "Mafia Wars to Facebook Friend - Set # of people to invite" greasemonkey menu option and type in the number of people you would like to invite per every run of the script.
-Navigate to the list of your mafia, My Mafia>My Mafia in game, and then click on the "Mafia Wars to Facebook Friend - Get Mafia Wars Mafia" greasemonkey menu option and let it run through your Mafia.
-At the same time or after the previous alerts you it is done, go to your Facebook Friends>All Friends and click the "Mafia Wars to Facebook Friend - Get Facebook Friends" greasemonkey menu option and let it run through all of your Friends.
-After the script has gathered all of your Friends and Mafia, you can now click the "Mafia Wars to Facebook Friend - Add Mafia to FB Friends" greasemonkey menu option and it will start inviting Mafia members that are not on your friends list, using the message you set and optionally adding them to the friends list you set.
